Our 2.5-hour cooking classes are designed for those who wish to go beyond the restaurant table. Guided by tradition, you will learn the secrets of the Greek kitchen—from the rhythmic stretching of dough to the perfect balance of Mediterranean herbs.

Menu Highlights:

The Art of Filo: Master the technique of hand-stretched filo pastry, crafted into a magnificent traditional spinach, herb, and fetta pie.

Island Meze: Create crispy zucchini fritters paired with house-made tzatziki and a classic, vibrant Greek salad.

We meet at the Australia Square for a short, quaint stroll through the cobblestone backstreets to our Avli (courtyard).

10:45 AM | Welcome to the Avli

Settle into the shade of our island home with a refreshing drink and an introduction to the day’s cooking class.

11:00 AM | Hands-on Cooking Class

The flour hits the table. Dive into the preparation of your three-course menu, learning the stories behind the dishes as you cook.

1:30 PM | The Long Lunch

The best part of the day. Sit back and dine leisurely on the dishes you’ve created, sharing a communal table in the dappled shade of our island home.
