Traditional Greek Cooking Retreat
Join us for 5 hands-on, three-hour cooking classes where you will master meze, Greek sweets, and classics like dolmathes, spanakopita, and moussaka. After each class, enjoy the dishes you have prepared and take home skills to recreate these flavours at home.

Your host, Tranda, will guide you through traditional techniques and the customs of Kastellorizo. As the sun sets, we’ll explore local tavernas, tasting specialties and learning family recipes. These easy-to-follow recipes are suitable for all skill levels.

Meals Included

  • Five cooking class lunches

  • Five dinners / meze meals including sunset taverna tastings

  • Turkish farm-to-table lunch and evening meal during the Kaş overnight

Kas, Turkey
Enjoy an overnight stay in Kaş, Turkey, exploring local food stores, tasting a farm-to-table lunch, and experiencing a traditional Turkish hamam before an evening meal. Your nights accommodation is included.

Excursions
Highlights include the Blue Grotto, Island Museum, Kaş, and other local destinations, blending food, culture, and discovery.

Exclusions

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included. Kastellorizo is a small island, and to support local businesses and keep it fair, guests are encouraged to choose their own lodging. For recommendations, please see our FAQ page “STAYING.”

Transport
Domestic and international airfare and ferry transport, as well as travel to and from the island, are not included.

Meals and Alcohol
Breakfasts are not included, as these are enjoyed at your hotel or Airbnb.

Lunch not included Thursday and Friday.

Dinners not included Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Alcoholic beverages are not provided, though you are welcome to bring your own drinks to lunch or dinner.

Visa and Insurance
Guests are responsible for arranging their own visa and travel insurance. Please make any necessary enquiries directly with the relevant authorities or providers.
