You will enjoy daily sunrise and sunset yoga on the island, perfectly complemented by hands-on Greek cooking classes. Yoga

Experience 10 rejuvenating sessions led by Andrea Dewar, featuring yoga, breathwork, stretch and release. Each morning, start your day with peaceful walks, taking in the stunning sunrise. Then awaken your bodies with gentle stretches, yoga and more to enhance your wellness and relaxation.

Afternoons are dedicated to exploring the island’s unique beauty and culture. Wander the charming cobblestone streets and immerse yourself in the island’s pure charm. Before your evening practice begins at various peaceful island locations that offer moments of tranquillity and natural beauty.

Cooking Classes

Delight in 2 engaging cooking classes, where you can learn new skills and indulge in the flavours of Greece. With a generous array of delicious treats throughout the week, including a traditional, abundant Greek Lunch each day of the retreat.

Meals

Welcome Meze on Monday.

Each day of the retreat (Tuesday to Saturday) includes a traditional Greek Lunch, with plenty more delicious food to taste along the way.

Excursions

Throughout your week, you'll enjoy a variety of unforgettable excursions and experiences. Highlights include the famous Blue Grotto and return ferry travel to Kaş, Turkey, where we'll explore the traditional markets and enjoy time for a little shopping. Back on Kastellorizo, you'll discover many more hidden gems, scenic locations and authentic island experiences.

Transport

Domestic and international airfare and ferry transport are excluded.

Travel to and from the island is excluded.

Accommodation

Accommodation on Kastellorizo is not included. As the island is small, we encourage guests to choose the accommodation that best suits their style and budget while supporting the island's locally owned businesses. For our recommended places to stay, please visit our FAQ page, "Staying."

Meals and Alcohol

Dinners are excluded, as well as Sunday lunch.

Alcoholic beverages will not be provided, however, you're welcome to bring your own drinks to lunch or dinner.

Visa and Insurance

Guests will need to arrange their own visa and insurance for the trip, and make any necessary enquiries directly with the relevant authorities or providers.
